The position of Hourly Student Success Coach/Advisor provides students with the tools and resources to be successful in college. The position is responsible for building relationships with students to assist them in navigating the College’s enrollment processes and transitioning successfully from high school to the College and beyond. Through integrated work with faculty and the student, the Hourly Success Coach/Advisor delivers universal, seamless, personalized support. The Hourly Success Coach/Advisor maintains a meaningful relationship of shared responsibility with the student and active engagement in programs directed toward retention and student success.

Individuals must be able to work a flexible schedule. The nature of the position may require work hours outside of the normal college schedule to reflect the needs of our students. Hours may vary based on department needs. (Not to exceed 24.5 hours per week)
