Brookdale Community College invites applications for a full-time, tenure track Instructor, Fashion Merchandising/Marketing, to begin in September 2026. We seek candidates who are committed to Brookdale's mission of success and academic excellence and who desire to work in a diverse and dynamic environment. Responsible for providing students with the tools, resources, and guidance to successfully navigate the transfer process from Brookdale to four-year institutions. Assist students in exploring transfer options, understanding transfer agreements, and preparing for academic and career success after Brookdale. Work collaboratively with Academic Institutes, faculty, staff, and partner colleges to develop and promote transfer opportunities, programming, and events. Collaborate with departmental colleagues to implement transfer initiatives, maintain transfer partnerships, and provide support for the department’s goals and activities.

The Social Worker supports the mission of the Caroline Huber Holistic Wellness Center by providing compassionate, student-centered services that address basic needs, wellness, and personal barriers affecting student success. The Social Worker delivers direct support, case management, crisis response as needed, campus and community referrals, outreach, and education while contributing to the development of a comprehensive, holistic student wellness model. The position will also mentor and oversee social work interns and pre-social work majors at the associate degree level as appropriate.

The Coordinator will support students in Perkins-funded AAS and AS programs by building strong employer partnerships and expanding internship and job opportunities. They will provide one-on-one career support to students, including resume reviews and job search assistance, and deliver targeted workshops both in-class and through employer events. Working closely with faculty, the Coordinator will develop programming tailored specific to Perkins programs and ensure students are informed and prepared for available opportunities.
